Classes will be taught in English and in our kitchen and will involve
hands-on preparation and cooking. You will also be sampling everything
that you cook so don't eat too much for breakfast!
Both morning and afternoon classes are available. Morning classes are
from 9am to Noon. The afternoon classes are from 1pm to 4pm but do not
include a market visit.

Each basic class will be based on making a different curry and three other
dishes, except the dessert class. Vegetarian options are available for all
